The first picture is of Daniel and Mel outside Daniel's office before the Change of Command. The second picture is of Daniel receiving an award from his Battalion Commander at the Fairwell Dinner. The third picture is of Daniel passing the guidon (flag) to the new commander that relieved him. The last picture is of Nathan flirting with the bartender at the Fairwell Dinner!

Carol and I are both proud of you and what you have accomplished in so short a time. Keep up the good work...and keep a sharp eye on Nathan. Flirting at his age? That apple didn't fall far from the tree...! All three of you are doing great and wonderful things! Keep up the great work!
